By accessing this platform, creating an active subscription account, or deploying our automation modules, you explicitly confirm compliance with these operational clauses. If you do not agree with any structural component highlighted herein, you are restricted from continued system utility usage.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to employ Qykzi strictly in compliance with applicable regional legislation and communication acts. You are completely restricted from utilizing our internal message automation dashboards or AI systems to execute spamming activities, send unauthorized bulk marketing campaigns, distribute harmful malware, or violate third-party messaging platform policies.

3. Clear Independent Platform Disclaimer

Qykzi functions purely as an independent value-added platform provider. We are not an official partner, agent, or representative of Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC. We do not issue guarantees concerning account restrictions or messaging blocks that may occur if you violate WhatsApp’s direct Commerce Policies or End-User Guidelines during automation runtime.

4. Subscription Model & Cancellation Rules

All tool accesses operate on a recurring billing cycle matrix based on the package picked. Subscriptions can be canceled at any point directly via your platform workspace dashboard. All transactions are final, and partial cycle returns or operational refunds are not guaranteed unless validated through technical support parameters.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no situation shall Qykzi, nor its management or operational engineers, be held liable for any direct system interruptions, lost data values, messaging access closures, or profit decreases stemming directly or indirectly from platform automation logic usage.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional court environments handling company software licensing entities.
