1. Cancellation Requests
Users can request cancellations within a specific period from the date of purchase. The cancellation period will be 15 days.
To initiate a cancellation, users must contact customer support at support@qykzi.com with their order details.
Cancellations are only applicable to in-game purchases and services that have not yet been consumed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- If the service or product purchased is unavailable or there is a technical issue that prevents access.
- If the user has mistakenly purchased a service and requests a refund within the specified cancellation period.
- If there are circumstances beyond the user’s control that prevent usage of the service, as assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests will not be entertained under the following conditions:
- The user has already consumed the purchased service or played the game beyond a certain point.
- The cancellation request is submitted after the cancellation period has expired.
- The request is due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with gameplay.
3. Refund Process
Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds for virtual items or currency will not be issued once the user has accessed or used them in-game.
- Refunds are not available for subscriptions or recurring billing services once the service has been activated.
5. Chargebacks
If a user initiates a chargeback without contacting customer support, the account may be suspended or terminated, and the user may be banned from using the Qykzi Game App.
